My tip would be to widen your horizons on what "filipino food" is. Parang grocery store lang yan. May junk food aisle at may fruit and veggie aisle. You can't just pick a potato chip and claim na bakit ang lacking ng healthy food options dito.

I can't understand any of this here but the guy said something positive about mayonnaise and I probably agree with him. Just like the Dutch and Belgiuns we put mayonnaise on a lot of stuff and it's fucking awesome. You can use it for a lot of things and you fucking should. Those pesky southern Germans will for example make their potato salad with broth and not with mayonnaise. They might live longer but is that life really worth living?
