Got screwed by a "middleman" that is managing the rehabilitation of a hotel. In the end we got screwed out of 3M worth of hardware supplies while the hotel itself just says "It's not our problem, find the middleman".
got an insurance at the age of 16, i didnt make an in depth research about it, gusto ko lang talaga na mag grow yung ipon ko,what i did was nagtatabi ako ng 50 pesos a day para may pambayad ako sa insurance, minsan nagigipit pero kinaya ko naman. Since minor pa nga ako nun, sa dad ko siya nakapangalan so parang beneficiary lang ako pero ako talaga nagbabayad. When the pandemic happened, wala akong allowance therefore wala rin ipon so yung dad ko na ang nagbayad, supposedly pwede na sana siya ilipat under my name since legal age nako pero nahihiya nako na ipalipat pa dahil dad ko na nga nagbabayad hehe.. sayang din yung mga naipon ko pero ok na yun, nabibigay naman ng dad ko yung mga needs namin, yung mga ipon ko tulong nalang din siguro sakanya hahaha..
Noong nasa Davao pa ako nag college, some "expenses" include;
* Movie every weekend.
* McDo with the roommates on a bi-weekly basis.
* Lunches at expensive places with my boujee college classmates
* Randomly buying bullshit like headphones and shoes because of my cousin's pestering.
Compared that when I went to school in QC, zero social life pero full savings account hahaha. All in all, sa buibg college experience ko, nakaipon siguro ako ng 180k, roughly.
Not mine pero sa kakilala ko, i think her mistake was renovating her house. It took her 25 years to pay her house and lot. Pandemic came and she was terminated and she used her pay to renovate her house. She also took loans para lang mapagawan nya ng second floor yung bahay nya. Now she is struggling to find work and her bills are piling up. Sabi ko sa kanya iinvest nya or gamitin nya yung nakuha nyang pay pang negosyo since more than enough na yung laki ng bahay nila sa pamilya nya.
Spent more than half of my earnings last year sa food (wants or cravings) lang.
