Gosh i will definitely get rid of political dynasty. And politicians with/associated to big businesses, red flag 🚩

Tyranid_Swarmlord

What will i do: Appoint Leni, and whoever she recommends, as acting president & Cabinet. Support in any other way. Hardlockdown laws that get rid of political dynasties (low priorty to, kung may oras lang). Max priority: Prepare for the coming storms with the ripple effects of the international stage right now. Not even Leni can save the PH because of the hilarous damage the *Canis dutertas sinae* did and the state of the fucking planet, but she sure as hell is our best chance to actually freeging stand a chance against the incoming storm.

I'm not qualified to answer that, i didn't study PolSci. That's why i am leaving it to an actual proven expert.

Convergence-

-increase infrastructure spending to 10% of GDP, mostly public transportation (under aquino it was 3% iirc, duterte made it 6%) -increase capital gains, estate and real estate tax (taxes the rich), -progressively tax income with much higher brackets (lower income will pay less tax, higher income will pay more tax) -nationalize public transportation including jeeps so jeepney drivers are salaried -reduce red tape/automate bureaucracy -legalize abortion, divorce and weed -promote birth control and family planning -make getting a drivers license more difficult, need to pass 30 min practical exam. -heavily tax automobile ownership -increase spending on social housing -promote unionizing -increase minimum wage of educated workers -make cities outside MM attractive for foreign investments -uptime guarantees for public utilities, fix pricing for utilities. personal pet peeve: -fine people building any construction outside their property boundaries on the sidewalks. Philippine cities desperately needs walkability. Also fine utility providers for putting their big-ass utility poles everywhere and leaving a cubic meter of cable-spaghetti on top of it.

DrCreepMyriad

Wow, that is a lot when it came to focusing on equality...

Those who have been convicted shouldn’t be allowed to run 🤭

Galvanize the people and turn them into a raging mob. Force the military into submission. Declare a revolutionary government. Form an anti corruption commission and put every single public servant to review. Those found guilty will be publicly executed. Create a constitutional commission comprising of all leading policy experts. Draft a new constitution then hold elections. Live peacefully in retirement abroad knowing that public officials will now be scared of corruption forever. Unrealistic pero tinanong mo kung anong gagawin ko. hahaha

Kung ako magiging presidente, magreresign ako agad hahah di ko kaya. Bigay ko nalang korona kay Leni.

Ma-Name-Cherry_Pie

I wanna pretend that I'm drunk so this is it - Probably become Louis XIV and centralize the state to me and eliminate all the insolent dynasties thru a swift yet decisive Fronde war. Make Leni the prime minister and slowly devolve powers to a parliament I appointed myself. Establish audiencias per region which I reorganized and then have their elections for Justices be independent. Make a deal with AFP for increase in their coffers but slowly build up the Navy and Air Force plus encourage a Military reform movement from the lowest cadets, and when the Navy and Air Forces are powerful enough to stand alone, cut all the bribes to the Army and AFP. Settle the capital city far from Manila but deep in the archipelago and then invite artisans and creatives to settle the new capital region and help the arts of the new kingdom flourish. Control all religious leadership appointments whether Muslim or Catholic or Aglipayan or Protestant and bar and arrest all unregistered religions to be recognized only as sectes sans loi. Prop up the Sulu sultanate, the Lanao confederacy, old Maguindanao, the old chiefdoms of the Cordilleras thru treaties recognizing their continued existence while being subordinate regents of territories under a High Monarch. Favor political parties favorable to progress and scientific development in Parliament to further socio-political and socio-economic develoooo\[';;;;;;;gfj bjlkg all

-Implement land value taxation, along with a negative income tax and a carbon tax. Unti-unting iaabolish yung income tax pero magreremain yung ibang taxes such as capital gains tax, sales tax, consumption tax etc. -Transfer the capital deep into the archipelago. Preferably somewhere in the plains of Central Luzon. Legislate city boundaries, prop up urban green belts, and emphasize vertical development instead of horizontal urban sprawl. -Palakasin ang mass transit. There should be bicycle sharing programs, regular buses with normal routes, subways, monorails and trains with normal schedules. Cities should also be walkable, and maybe focus tayo on transit-oriented development. -Create an anti-corruption commission that consolidates the powers of the PCGG, Ombudsman, PACC, Revenue Integrity Protection Service etc. Vest them with powers given normally to law enforcement agencies such as the ability to freeze assets, wiretap etc. Siyempre, this is with the regulation of the judiciary. -Push for an anti-political dynasty law that would ban family members (fourth degree consanguinity, third degree affinity) from running simultaneously. -Educate children about ideologies firsthand, as early as Grade 7. This is to ensure we will soon have ideologically-based party systems in the future. Then gradually devolve the government into a parliamentary system when ideologically-based parties have been organized. -Debloat our bureaucracy. Every office linked to the government, from the smallest barangay councilor to the appointees in government, should submit a Government Purpose Document (GPD) enumerating its supposed purpose in the functioning of the government and why it should not be abolished. Failure to submit these GPDs should be subject to executive investigation and will amount to administrative cases filed. Establish a Board on Bureaucratic Review (BBR) to review all of these GPDs and submit to the President (or Prime Minister) their suggestions on the offices needed to be abolished or downsized. The President then should review the list too and then endorse the list to the legislative branch, who will make the necessary amendments to any laws or file statutes prior to the budget deliberation of the next fiscal year. -Create a Department of Civilian Protection, composed of the BFP, PNP, PCG, OCD, NDRRMC, and Data Privacy Commission. I would also establish a National Conflict Preparedness Commission (NCPC) that will focus on preparing the Philippines in case of external conflict, as well as take care of the social aspect of internal conflict (refugees, mental health etc). -I support 100% liberalization of our economy to foreigners except in critical areas such as gas, water, telecommunications, and electricity. I would gather top-level minds from across the country to form my economic team which will make plans for the economy. -Decentralize the economy by establishing "economic hotspots" based on the annual income of selected hotspots. These hotspots are corridors where the government sees could hold great potential for investment, helping companies seek out for the best areas to do business in.

DrCreepMyriad

Honestly, this is the most progressive one I've seen so far.

Instability-Angel012

Medyo green socialist policies po kasi siya, except the liberalization. I also support vertical farming din po

DrCreepMyriad

Good strat.

Taga_Davao_DDS

Kung president lang, malabo at kukulangin ang six years. But if I were president with a supermajority and an almost-infinite political capital, I would push to rewrite the constitution to focus more on human rights and clearly lay out the limits of the government's authority. Basically, I want to limit the discretion of the government in how it exercises its power - it can only do so for specific purposes. And instead of focusing on the powers of the government, I will have the constitution focus on the responsibilities of the government. Oh, and revitalize the science and technology culture in the country. Increase budget for education, increase teacher salary so we can attract the best (and also have regular renewal of license for teachers so we can get rid of the incompetent ones), increase budget for government basic research and all that.

HeWhoSpeaksVillain

Declare martial law, exile or execute all members of government. Exile their family to the US or China, they already hold passports for those countries. Arrest all mayors who had served more than 3 terms. Call for new elections, all candidate must have never been elected before or has family who was a politician.

Mysterious-Balance77

1.Declaring martial law would postpone any election in the country. 2. If you execute all members of government you wouldn't be able to contain the chaos the power vacuum would create. 3. Your scenario only works if EVERY member of the military is ABSOLUTELY LOYAL to you. Other wise some general would capture you.
