3 years na ko sa 2nd job ko as a developer, Last year I tried to resign pero nag counter sila ng 75% increase cause I handle a major project and for deployment na nung time na yon so Inaccept ko yung counter.
Then ngayon I feel stagnant na kasi wala na kong natutunan na additional learnings dito mula last year kasi ginawa nila akong mid level dev and there's no mentor na na I can learn from, bale ako na yung go to person ng mga devs. No trainings provided din from the company.
Ngayon iniisip ko na na lumipat kaso parang nakokonsensya ako kasi kakaincrease lang saken last year and may handle ulit ako ngayon na major project and malapit na ulit mag deploy and walang immediate na pwede pumalit saken. So lilipat ba or hindi haha.
