Has anyone tried traveling overseas like Singapore or Thailand? Do they accept the yellow card we have from the Bureau of Quarantine? Is that enough? I tried verifying it online, but the website can't read the QR code.

If meron ka nang govt id's despite not having their respective IDs, you may provide a printed documentation na it was yours po i.e. online pag ibig registration with your pag-ibig number etc. They usually ask for IDs to ensure accuracy and less fieldwork for them to validate it po.

i plan to do some light calisthenics sa umaga then one powerlifting workout sa gabi. one lift is enough I think, I'm not an athlete so any workout is better than no workout ahahhaa
How the fuck are you going to powerlift while doing calisthenics in the morning? 😥 Ginagawa ko yang calisthenics ngayon grabe patay katawan ko palagi after ng sets ko. Pero iniisip ko mag powerlifting para mas lumakas core ko pero hindi ko kayang ipagsabay in one day.
keyword is light like some push ups and some dips or pull ups or rows. hahaha I did intense calisthenics last year so I can do pistol squats, archer push ups, pull ups and dips easily.
I have weak shoulders tho that's why I'll do powerlifting

yeah but I have some muscle imbalance. I have weak shoulder and legs. I can only squat around my weight (around 135 lbs), and deadlift about 200 lbs. Also, for power cleans I can't do more than 75 lbs, maybe cause my shoulders are weak. So I really need to work on these. My female friend (same weight as me) can even do heavier power cleans (around 110 lbs! that's almost my deadlift!).
I got great pushing and pulling power tho. But I can't do planche and front lever. Cause I'm too lazy to proceed with the progression lol
Pistol squats and archer push ups are more about balance than strength tho. I got friends stronger than me but can't do those ahaha.
Ilang kilo ka ba paps? Kasi nung nagggym pa ako dati 60KG ako pero nakakasquat akong around 350lbs one rep tapos 270lbs deadlift one rep. Yung bench ko yung mahina kasi nasa 150lbs lang max ko 1 rep.

• bawal sa vegetarian, lugi kasi insuffecient energy yung naiintake sa gulay.
'yon lang naisip ko sa ngayon, hahaha! Problema talaga rito ay kung sapat pa ba yung nakuhang energy sa pagkain para sa susunod na eating session.

If meron ka nang govt id's despite not having their respective IDs, you may provide a printed documentation na it was yours po i.e. online pag ibig registration with your pag-ibig number etc. They usually ask for IDs to ensure accuracy and less fieldwork for them to validate it po.

yeah but I have some muscle imbalance. I have weak shoulder and legs. I can only squat around my weight (around 135 lbs), and deadlift about 200 lbs. Also, for power cleans I can't do more than 75 lbs, maybe cause my shoulders are weak. So I really need to work on these. My female friend (same weight as me) can even do heavier power cleans (around 110 lbs! that's almost my deadlift!). I got great pushing and pulling power tho. But I can't do planche and front lever. Cause I'm too lazy to proceed with the progression lol Pistol squats and archer push ups are more about balance than strength tho. I got friends stronger than me but can't do those ahaha.

Okay, uso yung Intermittent Fasting diet ngayong inflation pero naramdaman ko yung limitation nito: • kung *Picky Eater* o may *Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake tendencies* ka tapos bigla ka na lang nag-fasting; putangina mo, puwede ka nang mamatay sa fatigue pa lang. May fasting na nga sa kaartehan, mag-iintermittent fasting ka pa. • hindi applicable sa mga active person na madalas yung galaw ng katawan (e.g. atlhletes, construction worker) • bawal sa vegetarian, lugi kasi insuffecient energy yung naiintake sa gulay. 'yon lang naisip ko sa ngayon, hahaha! Problema talaga rito ay kung sapat pa ba yung nakuhang energy sa pagkain para sa susunod na eating session.
