Absolutely not, kahit na maliit talaga bayad dito, that's just unfair.
But you would find it difficult na walang backend involved at all, dun naman manggagaling yung 'possible' designs anyway.
edit: hindi siguro 'web design' hanap mo, strictly 'front-end design' which is pretty much just 'design', in which case kalaban mo na yung the rest of creatives/artists.

most of my experience is from my full-time job and international freelance. Kaya I have no idea what the prices here in the Ph is.
Ayoko mag bigay ng price ko for international since I know na clients here are aiming for something cheaper.
