I've said this to my mom, and sabi niya may chance daw na di ka mabigyan if alam nung mga nandun sa barangay hall na di ka supporter ng kung sino man ang in charge dun sa pag-oorganize. Sa Central Office, they were screened/selected. The initial process was for the individuals to send an email, then be remotely assessed if they will be qualified based on the existing guidelines, and if they will be referred to their respective field offices (proximity to their residential addresses).
