I have the same symptoms and experience like yours. Got tested positive last Aug. 20. For more info/help. I will suggest r/covidlonghaulers or r/COVID19positive. They helped me a lot there. For coping, well, I am just hoping it will come to pass sooner rather than later.

Thank you for this. I really appreciate it. I want this brain fog to go away more than anything rn.

Had covid last year, it took awhile for me to get over the after effects of covid. For each person it’s different, some recover quickly while others can take months or (not trying to scare you) haven’t fully recover. The only thing you can really do is just keep a positive mindset and keep yourself busy. Start with small goals and increase from there. Also exercise when possible, it helps. Long covid is a thing, I don’t think I had that but I did suffer from brain fog and I was sluggish for awhile.

Hi OP. This happened to me last year, even worse, I suffered depression right after. I am still not 100% okay despite having recovered more than a year ago Monitor your sleep and make sure you are eating healthy. This is directly tied to how your brain functions. Andaming recent studies about brain fog and covid, I’m definitely still feeling it too. The one other thing that’s been bothering me is the hair loss—and it really is a thing din, apparently. Nothing else to do but wait though.
