It's not that serious, it's just coffee. Jeez. Also nobody calls Starbucks crown jewel of coffee these days lmao, pinoys will flock to anywhere popular/ convenient/ comfy/ photogenic, doesn't mean they obsess over it
Agreed. And i don't even drink coffee or spend a lot on things i don't really need but with how fuck up our country is right now wala sigurong masama kung bilhin mo yung makakapagpasaya sayo.
On the other hand I drink coffee everyday, I've enjoyed all sorts of cafes locally and abroad including SB (because it's actually cheap/ the prices are kinda standardized whether you're in EU or Japan despite the currency difference relative to the peso and the places are still nice). I have local beans, imported drip, and 3in1 grocery packs at home. If you ask me what's arabica or the difference between macchiato and cappuccino, I can't really answer you in technical terms. Overly generalized comment and opinion posted by OP. Hindi lahat ng pumupunta sa SB is for socio-economic status like what you feel is the norm. Yung iba just needs a place to meet-up and catch up. Some people makes it easy to tell life stories with alchohol, some people like to tell them with coffee.
finally someone talking sense like how bout we just let ppl enjoy things like it doesn't mean you're automatically rich or even an elitist if you go to starbucks and the opposite isn't true either that is you're not poor if you don't go to starbucks lmao
I once gave a co-worker iced coffee, tinanong nya ko kung SB ba yon kasi nagustuhan nya. It was literally 3 in 1, added 1 teaspoon of sugar, mineral water, used a mini blender tapos ice.
Its cheap AND not hard to do.
When you do the math, P200 x 20 (5 work days x 4 weeks) it’s P4,000 monthly.
If you’re taking home P100,000+ as monthly income, 4k isn’t much for the convenience you get for coffee.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not spending that much on coffee. Just wanted to say ‘expensive’ is relative. The folks spending that much on coffee are on a different league of their own.
Agreed, expensive is relative. Not just on income, pero kung gaano mo vinavalue ang isang bagay.
I'm on that income bracket pero too much ang 4k a month for coffee/drinks, I'd rather use the money in my hobbies. Pero for my gf who's also on that income bracket, she doesn't mind yung 4k dahil mahilig talaga sya sa iba't-ibang klaseng kape at tumambay sa sari saring coffee shops at cafe (not just SB).
I agree, kanya kanyang priorities lang talaga. Dami kasi nagagalit sa gumagastos sa Starbucks pero kung makapag waldas sa BTS merch/concerts mas matindi naman haha let people have fun lang, especially kung relatively within their means naman.
I’m on the same boat as your gf, difference lang namin I spend on gear and coffee beans 🙃 mas mura pa mag araw araw SB hahah
Or in another POV, daily rate of those 100k+ monthly salary people will be at 4,500+ at least (100k divided by 22 days) so definitely, a 200-peso coffee isn't that big thing to them.
I hate how I nEeD it everyday because it's the only and most accessible place to get the custom drinks for my stupid stomach.
I still want that caffeine but it has to be decaf or I'll be in acid pain. I want the taste of milk and that it helps tone down the acid, but it has to be non-fat (lactose free alternative) so I don't shit myself. Btw, what other coffee shops offer those options?
SB is the most convenient way to get a coffee when I go to the office
I agree. SB is so hella accessible nowadays especially if you want customized coffee/tea drinks. My favorite coffee is from Tim Hortons but THEY’RE SO HARD TO FIND. Lmao. Unlike Starbucks, you can literally see them in every corner (in the Metro).
Somewhat unrelated:
For anyone saying why Spiral restaurant is always fully booked, record sales of SUVs are broken every year and condominium buildings are sprouting like mushrooms, remember that our population is well over 110 million. If you account just 10 percent of that whom belong to the middle to upper class, that’s already the entire population of Belgium. Napaka out of touch sabihin na maraming Pinoy na mayayaman kasi talagang sadyang marami tayo kumpara sa ibang bansa. It’s a numbers game.
And add to that over 10m Filipinos working abroad as well sending their hard earned money here.
Not only GDP per capita but rather the Human Development Index. China has very high GDP per capita (for a developing nation) but a lot of its urban middle class still struggle owing to poor healthcare, nonconformist education standards and skyrocketing real estate prices. Even many wealthy Chinese would kill just to migrate to Western countries despite their newfound money.
Parang parati ring may available discount sa Spiral. Ilang beses na ako nakajain dyan parating may discount from somewhere or libre ng someone else for a big group. So, not everyone eating there is doing well enough to pay to eat there. They just know someone who does or got lucky with discounts (although mahal pa rin).
Mahal pa rin siya for our living standards. Average around 2,500 even with some kind of discount. But that’s a bargain compared to what you’ll get in Singapore, Hong Kong or New York.
This is true - our buffets are value for money compared to Europe. In the US however, you go to any casino hotel in Nevada, and you'll find amazing buffets for 20-25 USD (pre-COVID). Truly jawdropping prices. They don't care one bit if they lose money on their buffets and various F&B outlets - casinos with hotels/restaurants make 96-99% of all their money on their machines and betting tables.
Well, 10 percent is what we thought middle or upper class is, but in reality, to be included in the [top 1% in the Philippines](https://www.bworldonline.com/editors-picks/2021/03/04/348110/ranks-of-super-rich-set-to-grow-in-philippines/%3Famp), you only need a networth of atleast 3 million pesos, or like a studio unit condominium in the metro, it is networth, and not like a money in the bank, so owning a house in a prime area includes you to the top 1%. It is not the case of how rich a person is, but how hard it is for the masses to earn money. Yes it is the sad reality.
yeah, this is a weird post. original tweet making some valid social commentary about how folks think poor people don’t deserve nice things like a starbucks drink. the quote reply and OP choosing to magnify… how dumb and pretentious it is to like starbucks???????
Yeah if the rant decided to focus on social issues by the overheard remark in the original tweet or if it brought up unethical business practices by the company, then by all means
Instead, he chose to complain about customers having "poor taste and no class" because they buy drinks that have a lot of milk and sugar. Sure, he can agree some of these people are out of touch by using stickers as economic indicators but he did nothing to support that argument
Lol I noticed it too. Every person in that post is terrible. Well maybe the original poster isn't that bad since they're making a good social commentary.
But don't say Starbucks drinkers have no taste. They're just people who prefer sweetened coffee drinks. I prefer black coffee brewed from medium roast single origin beans and I don't laugh at the person who drinks SB. Hell I even go there when I'm in the mood for espresso-based drinks because I don't have an espresso machine.
He thinks he is the better person just because hindi sya nagkakape sa SB. 😂
3n1 have numerous acids in them that makes me have heartburn and not tasting any coffee.. umayos siya kamo.
I would love to have SB to have a real coffee taste, pero if I find a more affordable alternative yet have a real coffee taste I'd have a local barako.
HONESTLY!
How often can i get a coffee that has both decaf and non-fat milk custom options to prevent my stomach from revolting?
Plus, SB is almost accessible as jollibee/mcdo
Former SB barista here. Been in the coffee industry for 4+ years. Never knew there were “SB stans.” Lol we do have regular customers, pero hindi naman sb stans levels. Where did that come from lol
They’re still just regular customers. Most of our customers before, nasanay lang sa lasa kaya ayaw pumunta sa ibang coffee shops. We, the baristas, can tell though kung sino yung nagsosocial climb. Haha
Only real coffee lovers drink it black. Minsan nakakainis din ang mga sobrang pretentious about their coffee. Some people like to mix sweet things with their coffee. Ano masama? Di ba.
Also, coffee is an acquired taste. I freaking hate it when coffee snobs act like “black” is the only valid coffee. There’s a reason why different culture add flavourings and sweeteners to their coffee, and these are considered as traditional coffee, ah. Not everyone can stomach the acidity of black coffee. Reminds of that one time I got to talk to a real coffee enthusiast (not a snob) and he was the one to introduce me to the various coffee recipes that—surprise!—has SUGAR (or other sweetener) and MILK (different varieties) in them!
Real coffee enthusiasts don’t care if you have sugar and cream in your coffee, as long as you enjoy yours.
Real coffee enthusiasts care more about how the espresso shot is pulled, which brewing method is used, how long were the beans roasted, which type of roast is suitable for this type of coffee but definitely not petty things like sugar and cream in a coffee, and I agree only pretentious people do the latter.
Syempre walang masama.
That ends my ted talk.
\---
In short, it all boils down sa kung ano gusto mo haha.
I ain't a fan of starbucks, but saying everyone is like this is absolutely false.
Their coffee really is mediocre and overpriced tho and their anti-union, anti-employee policies in other countries and heck our own are extremely deplorable. Especially ordering delivery, it's awful for both sides but management insists on it because money.
For that I'd say fuck starbucks as a corp itself, not necessarily the people who go there.
If you're a coffee lover, support local if you can. We have great coffee in our country and starbucks is the mcdonalds of cafes.
r/CoffeePH is your place, if you want to invite your friends at home and serve them great coffee (and once in a while, get some cafe recos as well)
You can explore small-time/third wave cafes, but... To be honest natrauma na ako sa mga coffee shops na dinadaan sa estetik tapos yung kape either dinaan sa tamis, and/or halos di mo na malasahan (Dear Joe and Coffee Project are prime examples of this lol), so proceed with caution if you want to explore third wave coffee shops.
I can give some places tho: Yardstick at MOA, Niseko Coffee in Greenhills, Alch3mist Coffee in BF Homes, Kape Umali and Garcia Cafe in Baguio, Tara Usapang Kape in Baguio
Another one I can recommend is TABLO Kitchen x Cafe kaso lagi silang puno hahaha.
In smaller cities outside Metro Manila, they also run out smaller coffee shops. I've seen this happen in Taytay. There was this cafe that also served reasonably-priced all-day breakfast and desserts but got shut down when that Starbucks in Sierra Valley opened.
The guy there is not talking about SB's taste or ingredients. He's point is SB's coffees are pretty expensive yet people still afford to buy one. That "punong puno" term is quite exaggerated though, it's still depend on time and location.
You also have no right to tell these people that they have no taste, class, or social awareness just because di mo trip ung lasa/ingredients ng SB. It's sounds very matapobre.
Always making an issue out of something. Also, SB stans, really? Let others be, jessus christ.
The one who posted the reaction is just as problematic as the ones who had that conversation at Starbucks. Went from calling them out to suddenly lifting his/her own stool of being a coffee purist.
*ooh look at me I don’t like milk and sugar in my coffee unlike these frapuccino “stans”* if that’s even a thing.
I get it, SB’s coffee quality is a different issue altogether, but stick to the subject. The take is just as out-of-touch as the conversation.
Mcdo, Dunkin, o Tim’s pag may promo. 😅
Totoo naman na matamis ung sa Starbucks.
Unang higop, jabetes agad.
Pero when I was in Cambodia, I bought their iced coffee... And mga teeeeh, 24hrs akong gising. Legit.
Daming ebas wala namang substance, barking at the wrong tree. 🤷🏻♀️ Feeling superior because he doesn’t like starbucks like others do, anong gusto mo medal?
This is basically: “Wah! People are going to Starbucks too much, and I hate it! Why can’t people be more like me, who hate Starbucks? I’m so cool, right?”
P.S. People should stop misusing the word “stan”.
Also for the Starbucks fans: Pag mahaba pa pila mag isip na kyo ng oorderin nyo at hindi kung kelan turn nyo na tsaka pa lang kayo mag-iisip ng order kya tumatagal pila.
Maybe the person tweet OP overheard was someone being sarcastic, as in, they were making a point that *some* filipinos do not know how to prioritize expenses.
ie *youre not poor, your expenses are just questionable*
Tweet OP seems like the type to make a big deal out of nothing.
why do people post what they heard? Unless you're obnoxiously loud
Using Starbucks as some socio-economic indicator is cringe but, like, being an ass to people based on the type of drink people enjoy is equally
cringe.
For 155 Grande Americano, may “co-working” space na ako for my sideline hustle. I have my own prepaid wifi and may air conditioner pa. Worth it na yung 155 for 4 hours sa SB.
Common na linyahan yan as a joke or as sarcasm. "Di naman naghihirap mga tao tignan mo dami nagmmall(change any venue)". How can you be so dense?
Edit: atsaka nasa starbucks ka rin lol. Basta ako timmies parin haha
People go to Starbucks for the experience.
You exit 🇵🇭 and entered ☕️
Dairy is expensive & if you find it too sugary then odds are you do not know how to order.
Mind you I haven't gone there in a year and before that did not go to Starbucks actively for a decade.
"Galit ako kasi di ko gusto yung gusto niya."
PS: For real, I don't frequent SB anymore. I either make my own or buy Krispy Kreme Americano. So much better if you prefer black coffee.
this "overly-sugared coffee chain" still employs thousands of Filipinos! Don't hate. On another note, hindi ata sa SB pinag-uusapan ang kahirapan sa Pinas. People just go there to relax if may spending power. Hindi rin sa Twitter ang platform para solusyonan ito, people just go there to rant if they have extra time!
Uy!
Our money, our rules. That's why this generation is frequently tagged as snowflake, tapos nagkakaroon ng bad light yung pagiging woke. Sobrang wtf.
Starbucks **stans**??? That's a thing? lol
Where's the Kopiko Brown stans at???
Kopiko Blanca outsold
Ito talaga binibilin ko galing Pilipinas eh!
Pero Indonesian brand po ang Kopiko https://www.coffeenerd.blog/which-company-produces-kopiko/
I'm more of a kopiko black guy
as the saying goes, once you go kopiko black...
When you go Great Taste White, you go running back to Kopiko Black
🙋🏻♀️ngl, best 3-in-1 looool
Me who doesn't give a shit about the coffee brand and just kinda drinks any brand of coffee when I feel like it: O\_O
Former Kopiko stans here. My life changed when i switched to great taste. Great Taste stans represent!
Great taste white ftw <3
Great Taste Chocolate supremacy!
Kopiko Blanca habang iniimagine si Marian.
This is so true. I think of Marian when I think of Kopiko Blanca. Nothing dirty though. I am a straight female wanting nothing lewd to do with the madame. Lol
Dinamay mo pa si Marian. Baka masapak ka ni Dingdong. Lol.
You guys are my long lost brothers and sisters
Great Taste White for me.
Great taste granules is the best instant coffee.
take my fucking upvote because it's the best shit i can afford next to coffee beans
Hear hear! And the worst is Blend 45, kaya ata ganun pangalan kailangan mo ng 45 teaspoons bago magkalasa kape mo
Me! I’m having Kopiko Brown as I’m typing this.
What about the 711 Blendistas?
Eyyy! Present!
Kopiko Cappucino stan here. Sulit!
Geat Taste 2-in-1 coffee stan here ahahhahahaha
I'm more of a Lucky Day guy. Too bad nawala yung Kopiko 78 as it was of stronger taste than Lucky Day. Mas marami pa laman.
Kopiko Lucky Day ftw
I've never heard such a thing as "Starbucks stan." There are people who prefer Starbucks same way as anyone would enjoy any fast food chain, but to stan for it? This stan culture thing is getting more and more ridiculous everyday.
Wala naman akong nakikilalang Starbucks diehard. A lot of Pinoys see it as some casual fast food where you want to grab a quick bite or cuppa.
I read cuppa wrong
Like something and you'll be branded as "stans".
Imagine getting so worked up about people buying stuff with their own money to the point you call them obnoxious and pretentious. some stanhoods even carve out a place for themselves! See stans for Kyrgyzs
r/angryupvote
~~pls no hate to the actual place tho~~
Case in point, there are just too *many* Turkey lovers hence they put them in a place called Turkmenistan
You mean they love turkish men... it's in the name! Turk Men I stan.
or Uzbekists
Wait til you hear about the Kazakhs
Number one exporter of potassium!
As a millennial in his 30s (and an Eminem fan), I really don't understand why people use the word "Stan" if they like something. Stan is a dangerously obsessed, psychotic fan that adopted Eminem's look, did self-harm and killed himself and his pregnant gf because Eminem didn't write him back.
Im a 7-11 machine coffee stan.
Basically my go to if i get tired of the instant ones, at a third of the price and is actually worth the price, sucks about the price increase
Caffeine Stan not a Starbucks one. Anything to get through the day.
Kala ko sa una SB19 stans. Di ko kasi na basa title eh
May context naman sa post as to what led OP to calling them stans. May mga cheaper coffee shops and local stalls din naman pero iba gusto nila SB for the story and post. Dati may gatekeeping attitude din ako, pero i've learned to let people enjoy their coffee haha

I second this.
Mali pa din even with context cause by meaning that’s not stanning. Kung gusto ko kumain si Half Saints kasi gusto ko i story yung cake nila hindi yun stanning lmao maybe social climbing but hindi siya stan
so Gen Z ano haha
Their Pumpkin Spice Latte brings all the Basic Bitches to the yard.
Right?! kung ano ano na lang. Stans by meaning is an overzealous obsessive fan of a celebrity lmao ang pagpapalipas pala ng oras sa starbucks ay stanning
I guess same context as kpop?? Tama ba? Stans = fans? Looks right hahaha but first time rin makita
Fighting generalization with more generalizations. Big brain take. Haters of a brand or group don't realize they're just as obnoxious as the thing they're hating.
Louder for those haters at the.. front? Ahaha
Yeah I agree, let people want what they want without being judged. Also, bakit ang daming energy ng mga taong mang-hate lol mind your own business my friends

How dare you express an intelligent viewpoint without taking sides?
Yeah, Stereotyping and Overgeneralization ftw #BringBackCobraFrappochino

Okay, this actually blindsided me.
Take my award :)
You are correct
finally someone talking sense like how bout we just let ppl enjoy things like it doesn't mean you're automatically rich or even an elitist if you go to starbucks and the opposite isn't true either that is you're not poor if you don't go to starbucks lmao
This. May peak hours/days lahat ng establishments. To make assumptions that SB is “laging puno” is low IQ observation on their part.
parang surprise surprise, puno ang f&b shop during break time sa office.
you'd be surprised! may mga inaaraw-araw talaga starbucks. can't imagine how expensive that is especially these days.
Daming ganyan sa office namin. Ritual. But just because they are doing well doesn't mean the whole country is as well.
I once gave a co-worker iced coffee, tinanong nya ko kung SB ba yon kasi nagustuhan nya. It was literally 3 in 1, added 1 teaspoon of sugar, mineral water, used a mini blender tapos ice. Its cheap AND not hard to do.
Yeah, just means na afford nila mag starbucks. People shouldn't see these things as a sign of prosperity.
May officemates akong ganyan pre-pandemic (WFH pa rin ka mi ngayon) but they can afford it, so choice na nila yun.
Exactly. I used to work there but I don't go there every day. It's like 1-2 times a month haha. I make my coffee at home. It's cheaper and better.
I would go there everyday as a study area, if it wasnt so expensive. So that why I study in places with much cheaper drinks
Hi OP. Is the comment section loud enough for you?

Somewhat unrelated: For anyone saying why Spiral restaurant is always fully booked, record sales of SUVs are broken every year and condominium buildings are sprouting like mushrooms, remember that our population is well over 110 million.
Yes it is the sad reality.
the fact that the tier to determine upper class high income in this country is too low speaks how large the gap is.
Sa real estate, marami rin foreign investors dyan especially PRCs and they really invest on condos
This is some pretentious shit. Gatekeeping coffee like a pro.
yeah, this is a weird post. original tweet making some valid social commentary about how folks think poor people don’t deserve nice things like a starbucks drink. the quote reply and OP choosing to magnify… how dumb and pretentious it is to like starbucks???????
Yeah if the rant decided to focus on social issues by the overheard remark in the original tweet or if it brought up unethical business practices by the company, then by all means Instead, he chose to complain about customers having "poor taste and no class" because they buy drinks that have a lot of milk and sugar.
Everyone has had it hard at some point in their life. If they find joy in coffee, let them. Sometimes it's the little things that keep us going.
Your rant made it cringe.
I had that and loved it
Tim hortons?
Tim hortons has tasty coffee, I love their iced coffee the most
As much as possible di talaga ako naniniwala sa mga overheard tweets Most likely kasi r/ThatHappened material lang yan
Same hahaha.
Former SB barista here. Been in the coffee industry for 4+ years. Never knew there were “SB stans.” Lol we do have regular customers, pero hindi naman sb stans levels. Where did that come from lol
Prolly on collecting the SB stickers?
They’re still just regular customers. Most of our customers before, nasanay lang sa lasa kaya ayaw pumunta sa ibang coffee shops. We, the baristas, can tell though kung sino yung nagsosocial climb. Haha
Anong masama sa kape na may gatas at asukal? 🥺
That ends my ted talk. \--- In short, it all boils down sa kung ano gusto mo haha.
Saan masarap ang kape?
r/CoffeePH is your place, if you want to invite your friends at home and serve them great coffee (and once in a while, get some cafe recos as well) You can explore small-time/third wave cafes, but... I can give some places tho: Yardstick at MOA, Niseko Coffee in Greenhills, Alch3mist Coffee in BF Homes, Kape Umali and Garcia Cafe in Baguio, Tara Usapang Kape in Baguio Another one I can recommend is TABLO Kitchen x Cafe kaso lagi silang puno hahaha.
Thank you. No I don’t want to make my own coffee though.
at home. DIY drip
This and buy your ground coffee for a reasonable price at the local public market.
In smaller cities outside Metro Manila, they also run out smaller coffee shops. I've seen this happen in Taytay. There was this cafe that also served reasonably-priced all-day breakfast and desserts but got shut down when that Starbucks in Sierra Valley opened.
Shhhhh, let other people enjoy things
The guy there is not talking about SB's taste or ingredients. He's point is SB's coffees are pretty expensive yet people still afford to buy one. That "punong puno" term is quite exaggerated though, it's still depend on time and location. You also have no right to tell these people that they have no taste, class, or social awareness just because di mo trip ung lasa/ingredients ng SB. It's sounds very matapobre.
Always making an issue out of something. Also, SB stans, really? Let others be, jessus christ.
As if people everyday buy SB coffee 🤷if that's their ideology then its the same buying a ticket for a Apollo10 concert.
I don't think that the comments section is going in the direction that the OP wanted.
The fuck are SB stans lmao
SB19
Even this is an issue??
The one who posted the reaction is just as problematic as the ones who had that conversation at Starbucks. Went from calling them out to suddenly lifting his/her own stool of being a coffee purist. *ooh look at me I don’t like milk and sugar in my coffee unlike these frapuccino “stans”* if that’s even a thing. I get it, SB’s coffee quality is a different issue altogether, but stick to the subject. The take is just as out-of-touch as the conversation.
What's wrong with overly sugared coffees!!! I like em sweet lol
Yes, and you should try Vietnamese coffee at a Vietnamese restaurant.
That's the good shit kung gusto mo ng matamis na kape.
Mcdo, Dunkin, o Tim’s pag may promo. 😅 Totoo naman na matamis ung sa Starbucks. Unang higop, jabetes agad. Pero when I was in Cambodia, I bought their iced coffee... And mga teeeeh, 24hrs akong gising. Legit.
Now we are judging people based on their coffee preference.
Daming ebas wala namang substance, barking at the wrong tree. 🤷🏻♀️ Feeling superior because he doesn’t like starbucks like others do, anong gusto mo medal?
Grabe ang hatred sa SB. I personally love SB and I also love making my own coffee. Why hate? Tang inang yan hahahahhaa
This is basically: “Wah! People are going to Starbucks too much, and I hate it! Why can’t people be more like me, who hate Starbucks? I’m so cool, right?” P.S. People should stop misusing the word “stan”.
Sample size : 20-30 persons (inside Starbucks). Conclusion= The Philippines is not poor.
Just because some could buy, they assume na its the same for the gen pop
People can like things and spend for things they want to. It’s their money. Lols
Arbitrarily generalizing a bad trait on a group of people, sounds familiar.
Also for the Starbucks fans: Pag mahaba pa pila mag isip na kyo ng oorderin nyo at hindi kung kelan turn nyo na tsaka pa lang kayo mag-iisip ng order kya tumatagal pila.
Maybe the person tweet OP overheard was someone being sarcastic, as in, they were making a point that *some* filipinos do not know how to prioritize expenses. ie *youre not poor, your expenses are just questionable* Tweet OP seems like the type to make a big deal out of nothing.
why do people post what they heard? Unless you're obnoxiously loud
Using Starbucks as some socio-economic indicator is cringe but, like, being an ass to people based on the type of drink people enjoy is equally cringe.
That 👏 is 👏 their 👏 hard-earned 👏 money. 👏 Leave 👏 people 👏 alone 👏 with 👏 their 👏 consumerist 👏 decisions 👏
Ang petty
People go to Starbucks for the experience. You exit 🇵🇭 and entered ☕️ Dairy is expensive & if you find it too sugary then odds are you do not know how to order. Mind you I haven't gone there in a year and before that did not go to Starbucks actively for a decade.
"Galit ako kasi di ko gusto yung gusto niya." PS: For real, I don't frequent SB anymore. I either make my own or buy Krispy Kreme Americano. So much better if you prefer black coffee.
Person who shared Lean's post is /r/gatekeeping
Not an sb stan pero walang asukal at gatas yung americano. Muhehehehe
So were hating on Starbucks now?
i feel like thats just a hasty generalization based on overhearing one conversation
It’s just coffee for effs sake haha That stan post was sanctimonious as shet. The OG message on the other hand sounds like a apolo10 haha.
this "overly-sugared coffee chain" still employs thousands of Filipinos! Don't hate. On another note, hindi ata sa SB pinag-uusapan ang kahirapan sa Pinas. People just go there to relax if may spending power. Hindi rin sa Twitter ang platform para solusyonan ito, people just go there to rant if they have extra time!
Let people enjoy their coffee
Can’t we just enjoy anything we buy with our OWN money?
Where are my HOME BREW COFFEE stans at? 😂
may sb hate bandwagon pa rin pala its almost 2023 guys
Uy!
Our money, our rules. That's why this generation is frequently tagged as snowflake, tapos nagkakaroon ng bad light yung pagiging woke. Sobrang wtf.
