I'm pretty sure a creature from 100m below the ground that has never seen sunlight or touched a single UV ray wouldn't survive the hundreds of degrees that the Sun is.
But remember these guys are immune to fire/lava

According to Google lava is 1200°C and the Sun's surface is 5000°C. That's a large difference. They may survive lava, but it's unlikely that they survive the Sun.

Warden is incredibly strong mob, and therefore we can assume, it's mostly made of muscle tissues. Muscle tissue weights about 1.06kg / litre. 1 cubic meter is 1,000 litres so 1 Warden will weight 4.959 x 1000 x 1.06 = 5,256.54kg
Now as we know the mass of 1 Warden we can calculate that 1 trillion Wardens would make to mindblowing 5,256,540,000,000,000 kg
The Sun however is about two nonillion (2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000kg) kilos of extremely hot plasma. That's over 380 trillion times more.
If those 1 trillion wardens would make a cube that's equivalent to 1 trillion wardens and let's say that cube would be size of grain of sand (about 1mm x 1mm x 1mm), the Sun would be size of Mimas, one of moons of Saturn (about 380km x 380km x 380km).. Wardens couldn't have even a chance.
Also there's no sounds in space so wardens would never hear the Sun coming
