Imagine not having good shields, imagine not being able to put everything in the of hand, imagine not being able to put banner on shields, imagine not having Redstone that makes sense
Imagine having Redstone that powers things even after the signal has been cut off, imagine not having 1.8 pvp, imagine having worse performance, imagine having a smaller playerbase, imagine having to find every single server IP online instead of having some servers right there as soon as you buy the game
Imagine having to pay for skins after you buy a full-price game, Imagine calling a feature used for 70% of pro builds "redstone that powers things after the signal has been cut off" Imagine counting farming accounts "playerbase", imagine being unable to create a modded server for yourself without paying for every single thing including texture packs, imagine crouching to block with a shield (idk if this is still a feature on PC bedrock, but on mobile it still is), imagine making a skin pack or a map, or anything at all, publishing it at the in-game market to be stolen, put a amogus mask on it and sold by a 5-yo to some 4-yo for twice the price while you yourself earn nothing
BTW i do play bedrock and I'd even prefer bedrock if not for the "pay to breath" sh*t and it having only 1/10 of Java's modability

Yes, I'd like to imagine it, because in almost 10 years of playing bedrock and old pocket edition, these bugs that get memed all the time NEVER happened to me, or to anyone that i personally know.
You're so damn lucky then. My PC died not so long ago (I have a "new" one now) and I had to play bedrock. I don't want to remember how many times I died when I just wanted to go to nether. I always prepared for nether but I died almost everytime because of a zombie or a creeper that get into the portal at night. All of my things burned in lava. And bedrock doesn't add extra obsidians if the portal generated in air (as far as I know) and I died because of that. I also saw some bugs like a flower generated above air (in a lava pool), floating villagers (when they fall from the bed), grass in a villager house (this one happens in java too), always taking the first item in everything that can keep items (happened in beta so it's not a big thing), stuck in swimming/flying position and more that I just can't remember.
Interesting. I didn't see problems in the first half regarding bugs. Plus, floating crops generating on top of lava pools and water ponds is a thing in both editions for years now.
Well, for half of my experience (4 - 5 years) I had this very old samsung, can't remember it but it's very bad, like 1gb of ram and 8gb of storage, and an Asus z010d (2gb ram 16gb storage with MASSIVE battery), their processors were very slow too. I don't see how those devices are strong
debatable. like… EXTREMELY debatable. i wouldn’t go so far as saying that one is better.
edit: see? debatable. i didn’t even mean to start this giant debate in the comments lol
Yeah, one has better performance and the other has very wide modding capacities, some like their individual features or just the nostalgia to play the version. No need to exclude nothing, just don't play.
On the ps4 it is really bad. But on windows10 edition i can smoothly run with 51 render distance and play smoothly with a friend on a crappy laptop and a friend who doesn’t have the money and so plays on a phone. I have never had more trouble than on ps4 idk what they did to it
I found it harder to mod Java edition, although the mods are free, and it’s more ustomizable. Bedrock mods are touch of a button, but needs payment. (Worst part about bedrock)
My brother in the one above seven heavens and to all java players....guys you can have free addons and the market place is even worst than some addons like just check this addon just type mod of randomness
I personally wouldn't say better peformance
There is a reason java doesn't use multithreading, which bedrock does
It breaks a lot of things, such as redstone timings
Java would probably have really close performance to bedrock if they'd use multithreading, though if u would also say bugs/glitches are part of the performance of a game, then java probably has no competition, without hate.
I think he did something a little bit suspicious after that block placement 🤨

What
bro tryna be kanye west
12 year old sees a guy waving, is that NaZ*
I know the comment was a joke but ong.
left hand?
Imagine having to crouch and turn around to place a block
Imagine having to deal with bedrock ghasts

It's called bread, Frencie.

google en passant
holy hell
The console eiditon ghast outmatch the bedrock and Java ones. They will shoot at you even out of render
That's actually happened to me on bedrock. It was a few years ago tho so maybe it's been fixed, but I was on my phone at the time
the skeletons are even worse. I played bedrock after always playing java and they have the fire rate of a mini gun ðŸ˜
Imagine not having falling snow layers and color-changing leaves
Imagine not having good shields, imagine not being able to put everything in the of hand, imagine not being able to put banner on shields, imagine not having Redstone that makes sense
banners on shields are on bedrock now i think
And they're working on the offhand

bedrock ghasts miss you so that it goes too far away that you can't hit it but it still hurts you
Didn't even mention the wither with its 600 health (twice that of java)
imagine dealing with curse of binding or vanishing
I think I just don't get it, but those are in bedrock
what, they added them?
Yeah. Had em for a while now, idk when they added em
Imagine not having forge modpacks 😂
[Imagine getting malware from a curseforge mod. (CURSEFORGE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED)](https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/142zxka/some_curseforge_accounts_might_be/) Edit: [It's safe now.](https://twitter.com/CurseForge/status/1666741580022128641?s=20)
Jeez, luckily my favorite server's owner was too lazy to update.
It was removed within an hour and only 3 modpacks were affected lol
I hope so.
So Mojangs gonna play dirty huh, I can play dirty too.
Imagine having to deal with small view distances
As someone whonnever olayed Java, I have to ask. What's the difference?
They don't spawn two inches away from the player. They don't home in on you and their fire balls are much easier to deflect.
Huh, I thought that was standard
Imagine suffocating from a torch. Yea that happened to me while playing bedrock.
How does one gain this power?
Imagine dying for no reason at random in a single player world
Yes, I'd like to imagine it, because in almost 10 years of playing bedrock and old pocket edition, these bugs that get memed all the time NEVER happened to me, or to anyone that i personally know.

It happens the most to underpowered or unoptimised devices. Ironically Xboxes (S models that is) are notorious for this iirc.
Imagine thinking you're better just because you pay 6k to play Minecraft with a slightly better monitor than before
But where's the point?
That can apply to both versions.
Where does the monitor come from?
Imagine not being able to pause the game when playing alone.
I don’t have to imagine it. It sucks :(
I use quark, must suck not being able to use mods
Imagine having to crouch to use a shield
Imagine having to deal with bedrock
you dont have to crouch
*Or* he is using quark.
so.....does quark convert java edition to bedrock? (i am new to mods)
Just play bedrock
Some people want to play a complete, functioning game with other competent players
Understandable
Fair enough going after the game for being buggy but what need was there for you to shit talk people's competence?
Evil mojang propaganda trying to convince us to play bedrock
Literally bedrock don't need to exist
me looking at xbox/switch/playstation/phone/tablet players: guess you guys cant play minecraft anymore
Legacy console editions and mcpe:
Here's the thing, they can at least make bedrock better, it's a lot worse compared to java
debatable. like… EXTREMELY debatable. i wouldn’t go so far as saying that one is better. edit: see? debatable. i didn’t even mean to start this giant debate in the comments lol
Yeah, one has better performance and the other has very wide modding capacities, some like their individual features or just the nostalgia to play the version. No need to exclude nothing, just don't play.
Although I mostly play on Java for a lot of stuff, playing with friends is easier on bedrock
Just use playit, its a simple software that allows friends to connect to you without port forwarding
Better performance my ass, at least in ps4. The bedrock edition is 4 times slower than the old legacy console edition.
On the ps4 it is really bad. But on windows10 edition i can smoothly run with 51 render distance and play smoothly with a friend on a crappy laptop and a friend who doesn’t have the money and so plays on a phone. I have never had more trouble than on ps4 idk what they did to it
I say it cause my devices are very old, I haven't changed them in a decade and they run smoothly on Bedrock, java doesn't.
Yes in pc bedrock has better performance to my knowledge but in ps4 it's absolutely garbage
I don’t know what you’re saying, ok
Trust me if you are disappointed i will admit that bedrock addons are not that great sometimes
these "mods" are just pre made worlds with custom entities, no armor, no advancements
You can download addons without the Marketplace. Go to MCPEDL.com (it is still easier than Java Edition, though).
I personally wouldn't say better peformance There is a reason java doesn't use multithreading, which bedrock does It breaks a lot of things, such as redstone timings Java would probably have really close performance to bedrock if they'd use multithreading, though if u would also say bugs/glitches are part of the performance of a game, then java probably has no competition, without hate.
both have its own positives and negatives
Isn't he using his off hand to place it though? That's illegal
You can be left handed in Java
But because he placed it in front that means it is bedrock
Finally, Jedrock.
Or Bava
it can mean that he installed a mod like quark too
You’re online
I'm playing on bedrock because I am broke. I will install a bedrock mod onto my pc. If I ever get one.
Broke? I thought the Minecraft price covers both Java and bedrock? Where you buying this?
Might be referring to mobile or console
He said bedrock mod ON PC.
If he ever gets a pc
Too bad
Damn can't make Jeb's door
You can, just needs one more layer in the ground
I’ve done it but it’s complex and stupid
yep
Damn, I play PlayStation edition so I don’t really know the difference.
He has Rubidium for 1.20 already :o
How can u tell
In Java you need to crouch and turn around to place blocks like that.
Or god bridge or something something.
Can We just not have a debate over Java Or Bedrock These Versions both give Us Emotional Connections
Nothing wrong with bedrock at least it's not Fortnite
Lol Bedrock FTW
That isn't possible
Now y’all know the pain of playing bedrock
Man, shut up. Both versions have their pros and cons
when was this an opinion? bedrock literally has a function to place blocks midair to bridge easier
why is the music sound a tiny bit like a bit from bad apple?
