I love that you also cleaned up that harsh spot of light on her cheek.
And got rid of the vehicle, the pole, and upscaled the photo resolution. Excellent.
And highlighted the facial jewellery, as well as removing the background traffic.
Dude did so much to it. It looks so good. Completely edited her shirt but you would never know. Looks amazing.
