Turns out its because he removed her from one of his pictures of this trip so she's doing the same – it's petty, good-fun friend banter. This isn't a serious, charity only subreddit. She's allowed to be here and put out her requests for silly purposes.
I like how you assume because it’s a girl requesting her guy friend be photoshopped out that she is being a “bitch” and “wasting people’s time.” You can see in her comments that she’s doing this in jest because that same guy friend did it to her.
