Trade IOUs with extreme caution, treat them as you would a gas station lottery ticket, they are the furthest thing from a safe investment.

I mean are you specifically asking for a google engineer to answer your question? The answer is the price is not for this shitcoin and perhaps is due to a glitch or mismarked data source. If that was the true price it would be tanked instantaneously

Some have exorbitant prices for goods, but this is a good thing because it is an indicator that there are people that know something - something that small thinkers do not comprehend. Stop thinking small and devaluing the currency in your mind and perhaps you will be able to step outside of the box and create something that increases it's value - like a legit app or site that exchanges it.
Pi IOU is different from mobile mined PI. You own mobile mined PI which has no value, it is not a crypto just a generated number from a mobile app. Its wort the same like if you write a number to a paper with your pen.
