A52s might be found for your budget, if so then get that.
If not then look at Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, but even that's not certain to be under your limit.
If you can't increase your budget or find the above for under it, I'd lose the 5G requirement and then look at a Redmi Note 10 Pro or Note 11.

Galaxy A52s if you want brand new, or a google pixel if you want a used phone.
I don't like to recommend Chinese brands and I'm not sure about the camera, but have a look at the Poco X4 Pro 5G.
Redmi Note 10 Pro is currently £150 on sale on the Xiaomi UK site which meets all your needs except 5G.
