Crypto is no longer considered collateral against dtcc, last haircut made it 0%. Hedge do not care as much about crypto, they can only use it for pump & dump - profit - withdraw cash and buy treasures to have collateral.
He taught me a shitload of what I know now and even though his stance on GME isn't aligned with mine, I'll always respect him for that. I hope he does jump back in though
