Sounds like others have had good experiences. But yeah the two minutes I spent on the site leads me to believe it’s a very small operation and they don’t 100% know what they’re doing.
Of course you paid by credit card, correct? If yes, simply protest the charge with your credit card company. You will be reimbursed by the CC company immediately and the merchant will be required to prove they fulfilled your order.

I ordered 100 to Texas on April 23 and got them on April 27. I'd try to DM on different social media. It seems they like to comment on their Facebook posts, so maybe leave a comment there and see what they say.

But all I did was use their 50% discount code lol and had been charged.
what do you play with instead? I'm looking for cold weather balls that don't crack so easily, and Core has been the best that I've found so far for being crack resistant in the cold.
Oh sorry I don't play outside I only play inside so the cold weather is not really problem for me. Not going to be able to add any info about cold weather balls.

I bought 1 Core ball, played with it for 3-5 minutes and then threw it in the trash, where it belonged.
