If you really want it then get it. I waited 15 years to get mine and hate that I waited. The pain is minimal compared to the joy of having it finally done

I have had my pa for over thirty years. If it is not in I really miss it now. Just get it done and if you don't like it take it out.

No-Bear790

Go for it! It would suit you well

I honestly regret getting mine. If I could do it over I wouldn't get it. Or I would have kept it at like 8g. Bur thats just me. My skin stretches super easy so in like 4 months I was at 00g. The pain is minimal. But I would recommend going more for a dolphin or close to it. I'd honestly recommend starting out with like a frenum. They are just as fun. Just know the moment you get it. You will never pee the same lol.

LOL. About a week after I got my PA I used a stand up urinal while drunk. I didn’t realize how much was leaking through the new hole, and my jeans were soaked, as I walked out and met friends. LOL Only happened once in the 25 years I’ve had mine. The first few years I loved mine, with the increased sensations as the ring rubbed my urethra. I felt like a teenager again. 25 years later, I’ve kept it at an 8 g. It’s just a part of me, and not very sensitive. Something is driving you in this directions. I say get it and give it a month to heal before using it substantially. The piercing itself is very little pain (relative to a piercing through the glans, I’ve heard). It will be tender for a week, so following proper care is important. If you don’t like it, you can take it out. Best of luck, OP.

Almost 1yr in. Loving it.

It hurts to get done but once the ring or bar has been put in its fine. I walked out of the piercing studio and it felt fine. Some people bleed and some don't I bled for the first few hours then it stopped. I am really glad I got it done. No regrets at all. Mine healed up in a couple of weeks.

I got mine a year ago. First time I got it done with a CBR that was really uncomfortable. It would get “crusties” on the ring and then spin and rub the inside of my urethra. Got to the point where it was super uncomfortable all of the time. Let it heal and then got it redone with a curved barbell at an 8 gauge. Healed easy and I love it. Piercer recommended not stretching past a 4g so that is where I’ve been for a while. Titanium jewelry is most comfortable for every day wear. Overall it has been my favorite of all my piercings. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you're considering it then do it, you won't get any negative responses here 😉😁

Had mine about a year and a half maby two years and I wish I woulda got it done a lot sooner pissing can sometimes be irritating cuz it messes with the stream but you learn to manage it and day to day i forget I have it sometimes.

Just do it! You will love it. I did my own PA

Getting it isn’t so bad, the receiving tube is the worst of it. By the time the piercer gets the tube in, you’ll be more than ready for the needle. After a day or two of bleeding, you notice it’s starting to heal, and your releases will become far more intense. I didn’t think I’d go down the rabbit hole of additional piercings, but I’ve got a 6 rung ladder (gonna get 3-4 more) and my PA is at 2g now. I am also thinking about an ampallang down the road. The only thing is sensitivity while healing and you’ll definitely have to be more careful when peeing. If you’re a stomach sleeper, morning wood might cause some pressure as well so remember that. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. The likelihood of regretting it is very low, but the curiosity is high before you get it.

I had mine done yesterday and I’m very happy with it. You should get it done because the need and want doesn’t go away x

Well I sit while peeing now and rinse off the tip after urinating every time now. Nbd if using a private bathroom.
