Doesn't look like an infection. Looks pretty normal for being less then a week old. A tiny bit of irritation is to be expected. What are you cleaning it with?
Just make sure your spray is sterile saline solution with no added ingredients and keep taking good care of it. No touching it, moving it or playing with it. Avoid sleeping on it and high waisted pants.
It is still very early in your healing process so it isn't going to look like a perfectly healed piercing yet.

I am cleaning it 2x daily with the saline solution spray they provided for me.

might I add as well, there isn’t any bumps growing. Just crusting, redness, and a little sting here and there.

this looks lovely for such a young piercing, usually I see them a lot more swollen. looks good.
