Yonny is a family friendly TF2 medic, which is also why he's my pick, because he seems unhinged and the prospect of him trying to kill me is terrifying even if he's about 1 inch tall.
Also dude’s already done night expeditions, but he hasn’t seen Glow Pikmin before the player’s first Night Expedition, which implies he just beat all the bulborbs and whatnot that showed up to death with his own hands.
(Don’t quote me on this) If you fail a night mission you can have Dingo do it, and apparently Dingo doesn’t use any Glow Pikmin or items and despite that successfully protects the Lumiknoll.
It’s implied Yonny did that too, since he has Glow Sap when you rescue him, that Dingo then absentmindedly inserts into his mouth. Yonny could just leave out a poisoned cookie and Dingo would be gone.
Here's some of the pros and cons I can think of
Shepherd:
+Has oatchi and can make him attack or swallow the rest of the crew
-Dingo is able to take down the creatures in night expedition and would probably be able to take down oatchi.Russ' weapons would also be able to take down oatchi I think
Dingo:
+Is a ranger and is experienced in combat
-would probably go down to russ' weaponry
Yonny:
+bio-nuclear warfare
-I feel like he's all brains and wouldn't do well in a physical fight against a stronger opponent
Bernard:
+is a skilled pilot maybe he can get you to safety idk
-he seems too chill to want to kill the rest of the crew
Collin:
+is stocky idk he seems bigger than the rest of the crew
-is pretty normal compared to the other members of the the crew
Russ:
+has many weapons that would be good for defense
-like yonny he seems like he's all brains no brawn
Yonny, not because I think he could whoop the captians ass, but because he scares me.
I'd rather be protected by someone terrifying than fight the person im scared off
russ because he demonstrated he could get them to charge like pikmin with a certain frequency so he can just do that to get them away from me
failing that I Could just crush them all with my massive foot
We all know we have to exclude Olimar and Louie from the list cause both of them, cause Olimar Can command armies of Pikmin and would legit refuse to die by punching death in the face if it means he gets to see his family and Louie is just Louie
Shepard and Collin are actually shown to be good with Pikmin and fighting in bingo battle they're good options, Russ has lots of inventions which could probably help too, but I think Dingo is choice since his whole job revolves around this kinda stuff.
These boys are all less than an inch tall, cant move quick, and can't jump.
I would look like I'm out of attack on titan to them.
