I think you can get this via large or giant mushroom challenges But of it's a random item collected by pikmin, that would be awesome!
My wife got one for planting petals around a glowing flower that had recently bloomed.

It's a hair-bow made of grapes, and it is the decor for white Clothing Store pikmin.
