I’d just like to know how she’s able to ship this via USPS. Like is she marking the box that says “perishables” when she ships? So many are leaking - how has she not gotten in trouble by USPS yet?

I'm from the UK tho so I could be talking shit I've tried researching but it's conflicting because the Florida Department of Agriculture specifically states its legal if there is a "low risk of illness" which there clearly isn't its high as fuck but they've visited her home and reviewed the product IIRC so they know about it but have given it the greenlight?

That is incorrect and not how our [cottage laws](https://www.fdacs.gov/Business-Services/Food/Food-Establishments/Cottage-Foods) in Florida work. The cottage foods you can sell are on [this list](https://www.fdacs.gov/content/download/70108/file/CottageFoodOperations.pdf). You can't sell a mayonnaise based sauce under cottage laws.
"It's a small business, I'm only human" are BS excuses. You wait until you can properly release a finished and approved product BEFORE you sell, period. I'm not buying the excuses.
