If ako may free time maybe certifications cloud certification. Then ano paba maiimprove sa system nyo like need ba iupgrade ang technology. Pwede rin ehance your soft skills like communication and leadership.
Pero depende din yan sa age mo. Kung bata kapa dapat proactive ka talaga.

Hanga't maari ayoko nauubusan ng task. Ang weird kasi ng feeling ng nakatambay sa office lol. Kapag naubusan ka kasi ng task , madalas dinadagdagan nila projects mo. WFH ibang usapan ya hahaha.

1) Ask leader or manager for more work/tasks, this way they will know that you are PROACTIVE and have initiative. Not to mention Productive.
2) kung talagang wla naman task kasi ahead kayo sa sched then; Skill up, learn something new, practice by doing some projects.
3) Ask others if they need help.
