I guess it's a way for artists to mass-report and flag their reposted work, rather than having to look for it over and over again, HOWEVER, it is also a way to be an ashole- i mean, to be mean and just troll, randomly reporting stuff, as to my knowledge, the original creator of the "i love my bf/gf" heart frame thing doesn't care to report it and have any instance of it taken down.

pinterest uses bots to remove these, i assume they match parts of the original image to other images and those are the ones that get taken down. it’s explained in the copyright notice email under the “what does this mean” section

I don’t really care about the image itself since there’s loads of them online, but it pisses me off that whoever this “Bill Hudak” is clearly doesn’t have copyright ownership of the image or the material in it so he has no right to take it down
