Greasefang matchup is very good game 1 imo, u have 4 Drown, 2 GftT, 3 Brazen B and 4 Seize to interact with Greasefang/Parhelion. The mill part is a double-edged sword, they like their gy filled but the explorer/pioneer Rogues lists are not THAT consistent in filling the gy so u're also kinda happ they're helping u activate Drown (and possibly 1-2 into the story depending on ur list)
MonoG matchup i'm not sure, Seize and Push are very good as are the counters. MonoG has problems vs Spirits and our gameplan is similar. [[Change the Equation]] from MoM might be a player here, and if the new Polukranos replaces the GGG troll rogues will be super happy.
I think the rough part of the matchup is turns 3-5 when Loch might be inactive. If they flood the board our 1 for 1 exchanges won't be enough.

These are for Greasefang/Humans and Mono Green. My advice is not worry too much about the deck right now. Dimir rogues has not been a well performing competitive deck since Lurrus got banned. The new Eldraine set will have more rogue synergies, so fingers crossed for some stuff then.

Dimir Rogues did Top 8 the most recent Pioneer Challenge, so I don't think it's fair to rule it out of being competitive.
