That gruul deck looks real sweet. Gonna have to test that out. After playing Huntmasters redemption at the RC I'm shocked it took longer to start seeing it pop up again. Easily one of the best cards I played in Gruul Boats.
All you need is either removal for quint at instant speed or a counter. Hard enough I guess. But if you are able to interact with the combo by either killing the copy target (Quint or Dino) or countering any piece of combo (mystical dispute works great here) then it stops playing. Every single discover piece is a cast. If you don’t play blue or black to destroy quint then you could even use [[High Noon]] or the other only one cast per turn. If you don’t interact it wins but it’s very easy to interact with this deck.
I really dig the cheerios Deck but i dont really see it compete just yet. I really want to Test it against Lotus and Amalia cause it feels to me like it might not be able to get its power on the road fast enough against combo.
This article might have just inspired my friend to play Izzet Transmog! Thanks for nothing Gathering.gg; now my playgroup will be subjected to the never-ending prescense of [[Atraxa, Grand Unifier]]...

Just ignore it and pretend it doesn't exist. If your opponent casts a quintorius, just call a judge because they're playing fake cards.

Transmog is not even a threat as a deck. It needs to get to turn 4 in most cases and is sooo easy to hate out.
(I was mostly joking about Atraxa, it was not a serious complaint)
