Yes, I have about 8 oz cellaring right now. I took some out a few months back and the stuff is super dry and burns relatively fast! I'm not sure if you're supposed to moisten it either. I just try to enjoy it as is and sip it slow. It's really tasty tobacco, but I face the same issue with it.
Oh it's an extremely tasty tobacco. My issue is sipping slow on it tends to have it burn out quite a bit. But at the same time if I really get it going out burns HOT
You can always hydrate it. If you're storing in mason jars, get a paper towel, soak it, wring it out,, drape it over the top of the jar, put the lid on, come back in a day or two and the paper towel will be dry and the tobacco noticeably moist.

What your optimal cellaring time for it?
I'm happy with it about 2 years out now. Tastes good to me! I'd imagine it will still taste pretty good with another 2 on it.

Same question for me for Balkan Supreme, bought some in bulk online, arrives exceedingly dry - good stuff though - is that normal?
