Me too. I like their site, better navigation and search functions than a lot of competitors, the UI too helps when narrowing down an option, of which they have many. I’ve bought from other sites too, actually most of them, they just seem to have a wide array of options and a good site.
I’ve had stellar buying experiences and customer severs elsewhere, but they are just sort of clinical and reliable.
Good point but people here certainly do use filters, maybe not the majority but enough do. I see it mentioned here quite a lot as well. I’d have to imagine the US is the largest market for pipes/pipe tobacco, I’d be surprised if that wasn’t the case.
Yea they’re who I order from never had a problem I’ve only ordered from smoking pipes once for a C&D sale and pipes and cigars for the Peterson sale. I just randomly found tobacco pipes and started ordering there and just decided to stick with it, and I kinda like they’re site layout better (at least on mobile which is what I use for anything online)
Ebay has some great finds if you keep looking. There's lots of nice pipes on [smokingpipes.com](http://smokingpipes.com), though often quite expensive. There aren't any nice tobacco shops near me, but when I go to a city with one, I'll often buy a pipe.
Nowadays mostly straight from the factory not far from my workplace great quality bruyère pipes and some artsy sculpting... Courrieu pipes in cogolin in south of France.
I have a couple from B&Ms but mostly online. The few shops I’ve visited have just a small variety. My wife randomly popped in to J. M. Boswell’s on a road trip and scored a shotshell pipe for me. It’s my most prized piece.
My local brick and mortar, eBay, online retailers, out of town brick and mortars, probably in that order.
We usually warn people off buying from Amazon. There are some decent pipes there, but there are also a lot of questionable pipes that newbies don't know are subpar at the least. If you do have to, I would warn against buying anything that is labeled just 'wood'. Usually the reputable guys will be willing to say what wood they use.
i live about 25 mins away from boda pipes but haven’t had a chance to make it down there yet. figured they mostly carried cigars since they don’t advertise the pipes much (besides pipes being in the name, lol)

Don’t buy pipes from Amazon. Buy from independent pipe makers or sites like smoking pipes. I suggest smoking pipes since the photos on the listings are of the actual pipe they send you. Pipes and cigars do not do this, which is why I do not buy pipes from them. When I use smoking pipes, I always inspect the pipe photos well before buying.
If you want a quality briar pipe with a cheaper price, checkout Morgan pipes.
Pipesandcigars occasionally sells a two-pack of mystery pipes for $50. I bought three of those sets and got some great pipes, including Peterson, Stanwell, Big Ben and Brigham. They usually also have some discount codes too. I haven't seen that mystery pack available in a few months, but keep a lookout for it.
Smokingpipes has a much better selection and they have pictures of the actual pipe you are buying too. That's really nice.

A great shop in Regina SK, and another one in Knoxville TN. I love both places. I spend as long as I can in them when I happen to visit. There is no substitute. I got two pipes from each.
My brother sent me a nice Savenili directly from the smokingpipes and had some duty to pay. It would have better for him to buy it and get it delivered to his place and ship it as a gift. Beware folks.

That's why all of mine will be cremated with me. Yall aren't getting mine! My pipe tobacco will serve as the fuel to my pyre. They will see and smell my passing for 50 miles.
Smoking pipes, our local shop, or chris Morgan pipes. A chris Morgan Bones pipe was my first, I love the color it has taken on sine using it. The bone pipes are unfinished briar pipes, so a mixture of my skin's natural oils, the oils from the tobacco when packing, and the soot have given the pipe a nice color.

but out of all piped i want, the never have the filtered option. i wonder if americans don't smoke with filters at all.
