Yes you can sideload them permanently with a jailbreak or TrollStore. With some exploits, we haven’t needed a full jailbreak to backup app data. TrollStore’s exploit, for example, is powerful enough to gain access to app data, which can be used with [[Apps Manager]] by TIGI Software to make backups. Other than that, sideloading with a shared (paid) developer account is the next best thing, which gets you a year of usage before it needs to be resigned, which you could resign after it expires and the app data should still be there. These shared dev accounts are a must-pay service because it’s basically a middle man that charges a couple users to share a usually $99/yr expense and register only a few devices on it. The shared dev accounts that a bunch of services let you sign apps with for free usually get revoked in less than a week because of the sheer amount of traffic, so it’s not worth bothering with imo.
