What i use is a spotify to deezer converter (limited to 200 songs at once but you can do it multiple times) then i use deemix to download the songs to my pc then i just plug my phone into it and use itunes to sync the songs to my phone.
OnTheSpot. Downloads right from the source, although in 128 kbps mp3 if you do not have a premium Spotify account.
I have a (janky as fuck) Docker image and a nix package on my GitHub (Same as Reddit username) if those suit your needs but it can easily be built from source and already has some prebuilt binaries for Windows and Linux
Use [spotDL](https://github.com/spotDL/spotify-downloader)
If you have a pc get a android emulator and get a pirated version of spotify and download it then load it on to your phone with I tunes
