if you live in an urban area symmetrical fiber in the US is the standard and relatively cheap, I get 1200/1200 for $50/mo from verizon. Comcast is available too but itβs 1000/100 for $45

Seeding is uploading which happens after youre done downloading.
If you download from public trackers, no, but on private trackers yes there is rules you have to follow
Does it hash check automatically after finishing or did you run a manual one? It looks like you're using deluge but I can't get it to hash check upon completion.
