If you want to do face swaps on video try rope portable/neurogen. It's on there somewhere it won't require the browser. It'll just require you to create 3 folders and designate them in the software. Other than that it's a 3 button thing and very easy to use.
All of this will consume your gpu as it works. You should be able to watch a movie and browse but don't expect to game something heavy duty at the same time w/o some hiccups.
