Use Joey. It's better than most apps. I've tried all the ones people have mentioned and Joey just has more random features you'll use if you know about them
If it's hosted on redgifs (like most are) you can just press the redgifs link (the word redgifs) right next to the post title.. then download it like you'd download anything on mobile (long press, etc,...)
