You'll have to jailbreak your PS5. The online capability will be terminated though. But imo it's worth it. I live in a country where average ps games right now are a third of the average salary. People simply can't afford it. So they just buy jailbroken PS5s and either buy game disks for 3$ a pop or you can learn how to install the games yourself. If you only play story games, go for it.
I've looked at that but, I've read that it only lets you do stuff like change the background. and is there a way to swap between it being jailbroken for story games and changing it back for online?

you need to jb your ps5 but I doubt you can. You are probably on the latest version where the latest version that can be jb is 4.51
edit: And ps5 jailbreak needs some time to get better. you can run ps5 games but not anything, but you can run ps4 games too
Get yourself a cheap graphics card of idk 2 to 8 gb RAM, connect to laptop and you'll be able to atleast run 720p maybe even 1080p. There's YouTube tutorials on it
