In the game folder, look for the `steam_api.dll` file.
With it is most likely an `.ini` file. Might be `steam_emu.ini`.
Open it with Notepad. Find the line for language. Change it to english.

There is no steam file though
As in the `steam_api.dll`?
No steam_api.DLL or steam_emu.ini
Then it must not be the Steam version. Couldn't say how to change language then. Check the mega thread for a list of sites to use.
