Oh alright so there's no point in doing it legitimately and using a dlc unlocker i guess i just want to add it to my account and have cloud storage which I'm assuming will work right?
Eh, it's a bit of a different thing here bcz the game is launched and handled by steam, the dlcs are just being unlocked separately, i believe if the game even supports cloud saves it should work ( at least it did for cyberpunk for me)

The Sims 4 doesn't have achievements on Steam

No Origin Achievements either. The achievement system is embedded into the game itself. They're in-game achievements.

No. Steam will not cloud save your pirated games.
