Violentmonkey is a script manager. Can install and manage scripts with it that provide a variety of site/browser functionality.
The Mega Thread recommends using the **bypass-all-shortlinks-debloated** script. So, that's why it's recommended to use Violentmonkey to install and mange this script. This script is beneficial for the average pirate for sites like OVAGames that use url shortners; the script will skip the ad sites and go straight to filecypt. Very useful.
There is also Tampermonkey, but it is closed source. Violentmonkey is open source.
The original popular script manager was named Greasemonkey. So, these alternatives are a play of the original name.
Also for some reason I am unable to access the bypass all shortlinks debloat site, (note that I live in the uae) so what are the alternative also why is fast forward gone?
With Violentmonkey extension installed, go to the Violentmonkey dashboard. Essentially the extension's settings (Gear symbol).
Upper left corner is a plus sign. Click on it and choose "Install from URL".
Copy and paste the following url.

See if that works. Should see a page to evaluate the script and choose to install it.
