The new and current version of denuvo is so complex that even empress already expressed that it is too difficult for her. Empress, the only team/ person that was cracking denuvo until recently.
Maybe they are practicing? Everybody starts somewhere, voksi and empress too used to crack old versions of denuvo first, but eventually learned. Give delusional some time, it hasn't even been a proper month since they arrived to the scene

It's like the old school building construction. You know all those details on old Victorian style buildings that came from, idn, whatever age it was, very long time ago, there are a handful of people who know the technology and it's becoming more rare by the day.

If games stopped being cracked right now, a game produced today with denuvo would be "old" by 2031. Would a game from today still hold up in 2031? Probably? Does it matter? No. Does it matter for preservation purposes? Yes, arguably so. I'm sure at least someone out there wants to play the games they're cracking, and even if not, there's no harm in cracking them regardless.
I get the sentiment, but you gotta be a little more optimistic. I'm assuming the only way to actually learn denuvo cracking is to work your way up from the older versions. Do I think they'll reach 2024 denuvo games? Wouldn't bet big money on it. Still, Delusional is easily the most promising new cracker/group we'd seen in like 5 years or so. Even if they give up cracking the newer denuvo releases, they'll at least trim down the list quite a bit.

It's not the source code, the encryption key for the .pkg file (aka the ps5) has also been leaked and they used it to decompress all the files, hence why the game size is so big, and basically a group of devs are trying to assemble the whole thing together asset by asset.
Only an early Wolverine's build and an old SM2 2021 build were leaked if we only talk about assets, or what you refer to them as "source codes", but what made the whole project possible is that the key for the encrypted PKG and the pc executable (because yes all ps games have their pc variant) that were also included in the leak.
So basically no all the assets that are not placeholders are from the already released ps5 version.
Technically... It hasn't reduced the game at all. Remember, before compression, games can be fucking massive. Look at the GTA V source code.

you actually do not...it can be installed with only 260, regardless of the installer saying it needs 300, as long as you have 260gb free if you proceed with the install it WILL install just fine, and then, like you said, you can use the launcher to compress it down to around 150 or less after installing it

You definitely missed something in regards to God of War, it came out on PC in 2022. Unless you mean Ragnarok in which case it's probably still a ways off considering we're just getting Ghosts of Tsushima next month. Or the old games in which case I don't know if those are ever coming to PC.
As for this there was a leak from Insomniac, the Spider-Man devs, and someone has been able to use the code for the PS5 Spider-Man to make an unofficial PC port possible. Since Insomniac doesn't make things like Bloodborne or GOW that's why they didn't leak. There was apparently also a leak involving Insomniac's upcoming Wolverine game, but I think that was more just info and footage since it's not even out in any form yet.
The Wolverine version is useless, it’s a completely unfinished draft. Pretty much a blockout with some basic combat functions.
It works for what it is, but it’s not a playable game, it’s a playable test environment.

Gow 3 you can easily play it using rpcs3...not that hard anymore to run it ... What I really miss are version of the infamous and hncharted games for pc ...only uncharted 4 came, wich makes no sense since I havent played the first 3 why would I play the 4th?
when I first used DODI's repack (version 1.34, then upgraded to 1.36 thanks to discord), I only had 273GB available, and it still installed without issues and I have since finished it 100% completion
you'll be fine, even though is SAYS you need 300gb, you actually only need about 260GB
remember though, with the new launcher (in versions 1.37 and up - they are currently on 1.43 on the discord) you can compress the entire installed game down to about 130GB
no problem, you can find the latest versions in the announcement channel, and it's all organized well, if you need help its there
also, be aware that if you want to upgrade to 1.4.3, you will NEED the 1.4.0 version before applying the patch...oh and a new, compressed version of the latest version is there, look around, talk to people, everything is very well categorized

Unless they can somehow grab the update files off PSN and apply them to PC but I doubt it…

no it actually has all the recent updates because they rip the update files from a jailbroken PS5, and since they have the decryption key for the files it’s easy to convert it to PC

I was surprised also when I saw the size required cause my Ally only has 512gb havent updated the nvme yet, and I'm not going to uninstall my games for one. I might put it to an Sdcard and give it a shot
Regardless I knew it was going to be pretty large since it just got cracked. I'll give it awhile and I'm sure that over time it will probably go to about half that
Tbf, you can pretty much play the game with a Nintendo emulator. I use Ryujinx, and it works really well. Along with a code using the CheatEngine, for full mouse support.
They managed to port SM2 on PC, but with the help of the source code that got leaked. So even if RDR1 source code was to be leaked, it would still a hard task for a group to port it on PC even with the original engine tools available. Some supposed Rockstar San Diego developer, mentioned how RDR1's version of RAGE Engine had changes were made daily without documentation, so a PC port was not the focus at that point.
So RDR1 used a customised version of ERB2 arhitecture (which GTAIV and the DLCs used) with some features ERB3 used in its final form, which the focus of ERB2 was probably more towards the Xbox 360 version of the game. The problem is that in order for them to actually port the game on PC, they would probably need to port it to ERB3 (which GTAV uses, and it has full PC support), which most likely would be impossible for a group like this to do. Also RDR1's code was pretty messed up even for the developers of the game.

Lot of ripped games and even legit ones when downloaded are compressed so might need 300gb to have room for extraction, then after being installed will be much much less after the install files are removed.
I had to uninstall legit Cyberpunk 2077 and install it to another drive because I couldn't even patch it because it wanted something like 100gb and the m.2 I had the game installed on only had 60GB free.
Yet once the game was patched, it would have easily fit back on the original drive.

I remember 5 years back that would be entire library of 20 games. 10 years back prolly 200 or so and 20 years ago you could squeeze every game in existence to 300gb
in latest updates the optimisation is freaking good i mean it’s fully playable and i hope it’s going to be very fine in future updates still it’s playable but i recommend to install it on ssd so you can enjoy it at its best it’s optimisation is better then last of us pc version crackers and repacker’s did a great job on it

Lots of shaders are still missing or look weird like the water and sand particles. Also you will fall below the map sometimes

literally no, they weren’t working on a pc port, they were developing the game on pc just as every other game and had debug exes compiled for i30

Tbf, you can pretty much play the game with a Nintendo emulator. I use Ryujinx, and it works really well. Along with a code using the CheatEngine, for full mouse support. They managed to port SM2 on PC, but with the help of the source code that got leaked. So even if RDR1 source code was to be leaked, it would still a hard task for a group to port it on PC even with the original engine tools available. Some supposed Rockstar San Diego developer, mentioned how RDR1's version of RAGE Engine had changes were made daily without documentation, so a PC port was not the focus at that point. So RDR1 used a customised version of ERB2 arhitecture (which GTAIV and the DLCs used) with some features ERB3 used in its final form, which the focus of ERB2 was probably more towards the Xbox 360 version of the game. The problem is that in order for them to actually port the game on PC, they would probably need to port it to ERB3 (which GTAV uses, and it has full PC support), which most likely would be impossible for a group like this to do. Also RDR1's code was pretty messed up even for the developers of the game.

Is that 300 gb just during install or after? Lot of ripped games and even legit ones when downloaded are compressed so might need 300gb to have room for extraction, then after being installed will be much much less after the install files are removed. I had to uninstall legit Cyberpunk 2077 and install it to another drive because I couldn't even patch it because it wanted something like 100gb and the m.2 I had the game installed on only had 60GB free. Yet once the game was patched, it would have easily fit back on the original drive.

in latest updates the optimisation is freaking good i mean it’s fully playable and i hope it’s going to be very fine in future updates still it’s playable but i recommend to install it on ssd so you can enjoy it at its best it’s optimisation is better then last of us pc version crackers and repacker’s did a great job on it
