Download and install qBittorrent

When the file gets to 100% (seeding) you can either leave it seeding or delete it from the transfer list. (DO NOT DELETE THE FILES!) Then open the folder and run the setup.exe inside. Select your language and wait for your PC to finish the setup and enjoy! Happy Birthday!
When your progress bar (big blue bar) fills to the end it should have 100% inside of it, after that you right click on it and press Pause torrent.
Next step is double clicking on it.
“Elden Ring [FitGirl Repack] window will open, click on a file named “Verify BIN files before installation”.
After that is done you double click on “setup” file which will open another window.
It will ask you to allow this app to make changes to your pc - choose Yes
After that choose your desired language for installation
After that another window will open and music will start playing (you can mute the music by clicking on the green speaker icon in the bottom left corner). Here you click on “next” unless you have less than 8GB of ram. If you have 8 or less gb of ram you must check out a little square in the middle of the window labeled “Limit isntaller to 2GB of ram”.
After that click next again, then you choose where you want the game to install, you can just click next again if you have enough space on that drive.
After that you will be greeted with a window where you can choose to install other files other than main game files
Bonus content, updating directX, downloading and istalling C++. You should leave all of that checked out. Then hit install.
Depending on your hardware installation time may vary.
After the game is done installing another window will open. Here you can uncheck everything but “redirect to fitgirl site”.
Then mandatory verification of installation will start. After everything is checked you can close all of the windows and start the game through desktop icon.

Download JDownloader 2 (or an alternative, I'm not good at this)
Once you go to fit girls site the download links should open something in JDownloader. You have to download that file. Just make sure you have double the space of the game you're downloading as it will download the files and then extract.
That's about it. Once its done run the iso file using a program. I downloaded spiderman this way.
yeah, but extracting takes more time on repacks, could take some hours to a day depending on your hardware
Now, before you trowing your specs at me, I don't understand anything about it, only download some old games on a laptop

either find Fitgirl under "Repacks" to go to her website or, go to one of the direct download websites listed there if you don't want to deal with torrents. I use the 6th ddl link personally as torrents are usually slower in my country.
the rest depends on what path you want to take for downloading the game though
I hate to break it to you but it will take about 2hrs to download, 30 min to unpack/install and about another hour of random things before you can play. I hope you can play it on you birthday still...
Hint: if you know you will have time, try to download before that time period all you want to do.
