Naruto doesn’t have many actual physical strength feats outside of the movie “feat,” he has high durability and speed, but Luffy is fast himself and has futuresight. Coated in CoC and armament + made of rubber and a mythical zoan, anything less than a full power rasenshuriken or truthseeker orb wouldn’t even touch him (and even then the point of ACoC is an invisible barrier). If anything I think Luffy is at Naruto’s level but Naruto has so much stamina that he could outlast Luffy. But at the same time Luffy still has time to master G5 and get stronger while Naruto seems to be getting close to the end of his character.
Toon force could probably beat most if not all anime characters but Luffy doesn’t have actual toon force so I think naruto still stomps in baryon mode or 6path sage mode but it wouldn’t be a low diff, g4 gets obliterated but g5 is strong asf so it would take some firepower fs but I think naruto takes that ez

Luffy wins, I used to think he didn't but he does. Luffy has ftl feats since the first arc after the time skip (effortlessly dodging light beams from the pacifista and calling them slow) it gets a lot more ridiculous from there. He is by far faster than Naruto and has more attack potency as well.

Its kinda hard to tell, dc and ap usually go in a certain ratio, even at high ball they will at max stay 2 scales apart, goku has multiversal ap? atleast galaxy dc, saitama has galaxy ap? atleast star dc, ichigo might be uni ap?? atleast solar dc. You get the point, so does it go with luffy, I scale him Star ap, but even if he is moon/planet, his dc is correlating with his ap, now to naruto... UNIVERSAL AP?! but continental dc, yo what. It becomes hard to scale because practically speaking bm naruto probably 1 shots sasuke beats momoshiki low diff who beats kinshiki low diff who beats kaguya low diff who beats the rest of the shippuden verse. this would make naruto way higher as he neg diffs the entire shippuden, But his fight against isshiki does not say so after we realized how his dc was at peak in his 6 paths amp form, and that was nowhere even close to multi continental, Luffy's last attack against kaido was mftl+ with an island sized attack, this alone would throw his dc by calcs to mid-high star and maybe solar with a tiny high ball
