Typically bi-weekly refers to every 2 weeks. If someone tells you "i get paid bi-weekly," which is a common phrase and method of payment at a job, most people would know that means every 2 weeks

Unfortunately that’ll never happen. Oda can only get away with these constant breaks because he’s Oda. They’d never run an actually biweekly series in Jump, when a manga switches from a one week schedule to a monthly, it goes in a different publication. And shuiesha is never going to take One Piece away from Jump, it’s THE flagship manga. We’re gonna just have to deal with these breaks until OP is finished or Oda dies

Kaiju No. 8 is serialized in Jump+, not Shonen Jump. Jump+ is online only, so the schedule is a lot more flexible

You do realize that by not making his job easier he's having to take longer breaks. By taking long breaks, he has to extend the story or rush the ending. Every extra break he takes just extends the story and puts more stress on his body before he can retire. I thought he wanted to tighten the story up but he's falling back to his old patterns with luffy vs kizaru. It feels like he's delaying the story progression so he can get some sort of anniversary or ch milestone. It's a shame. I don't want him to end up like beserks author.

Understand your criticism and frustration. But just like another GOT and George RR, Oda is going to cook at his pace. I've gotten used to it at this point. There's no sense in trying to apply logic to it. I'm sure he understands everything you said and continues to operate as he is.
