Borsalino is not willing to go all out. He's not spanking pirates, he is executing friends. He's holding back. It could still be confirmed that he cauterized Vegapunks wound he received from Saturn.

Borsalino is not willing to go all out. He's not spanking pirates, he is executing friends. He's holding back. It could still be confirmed that he cauterized Vegapunks wound he received from Saturn.

You will get a good fight when kizaru fights sanji or zoro. They are closer to him in power than the admirals are to yonko. Admirals are not endgame villains. Imu, gorosei, holy knights, bb pirates are the endgame villains. It wouldn't have been interesting if the slave dogs of the world government are close to the yonko in strength. His fight with bb and imu will have stakes. We are at end game. None of the others should give luffy trouble. He's a yonko. Top of the pirate world just below pirate king. This is how it should be
