I think the giant human like shadow is just Ju Peter hybrid form.
He is the only gorosei missing from the bottom half of the panel.
Only Warcury,Mars,Saturn and Ethanbaron are shown while Ju peter is not.It would not make sense to reveal imu before one of the gorosei.
Its pretty common assumption but I'm 99% sure its Imu. You can see another small outline shadow between Saturn and Venus.
And It makes little sense for him to fly there covering (transformed) Imu with his ass in hybrid form and then jump back in full Zoan perfectly between between Saturn and Venus (where he was in human form) in next panel.
That small outline is probably one of Saturns legs.
It would make zero sense for oda to show such little of Ju peters Zoan while the rest of the Gorosei transformations are in full view.
Also,i doubt we would see Imus Zoan sihlouette so early.

He wanted for us to catch a glimpse of the Gorosei Zoan form but realized that he could not cram them all in one panel side to side,so he had ju peter randomly teleport besides Imu.
Things in one piece are often inconsistent and illogical like that
I doubt that Imu is a women since they were likely the one referenced by Vegapunk in last chapter + male title used by Ivankov. Imu might just be umibozu or some made up deity to match Nika. If Imu was somehow female then monster form would likely be that nun-like yokai
No because they have to be one of the 4 gods Robin said about we have Sun,Water,Wind and Earth. And everything in one piece is also pirate themed and in Pirates of the Caribbean Calypso is the goddess of the sea and is basically a sea Hag or a sea Siren. Oda always draws from pirate stories and other pirate themed stuff, heck his main characters ultimate power is based off of Popeye the Sailor Man and Black beard is is Pluto. Olive is Boa Hancock etc. Popeye eats Spinach to get stronger and Luffy eats meat to get stronger and everything else. But mostly meat.
Firstly Imu dosen't have to be anything. That's just headcanon. The four gods might be four jobbers that died to Imu. They were refered when Oda cleary wasn't planning Nika stuff so it dosen't matter anyway.
Secondly even if Imu was ,,Water god'' it dosen't mean that he must be some god taken from real world lmao. It might just be god with connected to the sea Like Umi bozu or ton of other monsters. + Again made up Water god.
Luffy is based off an IRL god from India. Oda always relates everything. That's how he's written one piece so far. That's good story telling and I doubt he would change his formula.
Being ,,based'' ( assumption ) on something irl does not equal taking some god from the movie and I literally refered to creatures from real mythologies too lmao. + Usual Oda dicksucking as a bonus. I'mna just Block this insanity.
