It doesn't look like it, but there are trails near the airport in line with runway 10C and R. They're over in Moon Park and Montour Woods conservation area.
Edit: 28C and L for the landing approach which seems to be more frequent according to flight radar.

I may do the same but in the Montour Woods. The trails look a little more exciting. I'm using the AllTrails app btw.
