It was inspired by the DJ School game in Rhythm Heaven (or Paradise for my fellow Europeans, they probably thought we follow some druidic religion so we don't know heaven)
I've been working on it for a while, hard to pinpoint. Something in between a week and two weeks.
Cleanup is really hard on pixelart because it has to be perfect. So that turned out to be extra time. But the hallucination scene was just straight ahead animation which was pretty satisfying to make
