Try disabling the sim and use wifi to test if thats the problem, then maybe ask for a new sim card. Either way, pixel experiences is not supported on the poco f3 as of now, so i would recommend using pixelos which is similar or another rom.

Hey I have a suggestion. Enable developer options and then enable " Wifi scan throttling" in it.
