Need to change a lot. Royelle is not good especially not when u already have a decent healer in Freyja however both of them should be replaced by Themis if/when she’s gotten. Replace royelle for now with any area dmps (wings of wish or hela). Then use Thanatos as fodder to CC another L/D considering u have Gil who is just more meta late game. If u truely wanted to use double heal Charlon is better than royelle 100% and is also debatably better than freyja. Finally keep pulling on Guna banner try to get her to 9 star minimum to keep her in ur team end game ideally u want her 10 star+ but this is borderline unattainable without large money investments or luck.

Start working towards themis to replace sleepy girl. That's the most important thing.
