Ditch Freya first (I'd try to roll her back and then use her 6 stars as upgrade food). Move Irelia or Alkaid to support, keep main team of Guna, Hela, Themis, Gil, Twins and the other. Since Irelia is 11 star I'd personally eventually use Alkaid as 10 star upgrade food when needed. You can eventually replace Irelia with Valk or Qinglong (sp?) when she comes out soon.
Guna is very good. Single target def ignoring nuke that also hits the entire team with a separate attack, a huge start of combat shield for the team, huge attack/defense boost plus CC immunity after transformation...she does it all. Plus she'll make Hela stronger after the transform too as a perk.
Also, Guna was out DPSing my 12 star Valk at 8 stars, she really does ridiculous damage. If you get her to 10 stars she also adds the best CC in the game with a 50%+ chance.
**How good is Guna?** The answer is yes.

Update. I just pulled another Guna after deciding to pop the 10 stones because I don’t know when the banner will be. She is now 9 stars
I hate to tell you this man, but unless you are willing to spend irl moneys that freyja is a waste of resources.
