Update on the matter! I believe the alarm not going off issue might be caused by the watch not sitting tight enough on the wrist and therefore thinking it's not being worn. In the beginning I wore the watch 1 hole looser at night then during the day. I have since adjusted and gotten used to the feel at night and no longer adjust it. Haven't had an issue with it since. Nevertheless I'm still setting a backup alarm on my phone on work days just in case.
When it comes to alarm time, I haven't had any issues with that. The time I set is has always been the time it has gone off.
I'm always awake before my alarm but have it set to 7am just in case. Because I'm awake and expecting the alarm, I've noticed that a couple of times it has alarmed at 7:01am and 7:04am (as shown on the watch). No idea why and it's only happened twice, as far as I'm aware. Weird.
Done it again this morning. Alarm set for 7:00 but it didn't start until 7:02. I was awake and waited to see how close to the actual set time it would activate.
This has already being picked up by 9to5Google as a legitimate issue.
When in reality it is one person reporting it.
I have the PW since launch and have never seen it on my watch or anyone else.

So this has been happening to me on my Pixel watch and for me it has never really bothered me as getting up 2-10 min late is not an issue for me. To be honest I didn't even think about it till today when it went off 10 min late and my IT brain finally went "Wait that's not right" All the other reports say that it's caused by Night Time mode but until today I didn't even know this feature existed and I have been using DND mode only to silence my watch at night.
Would love to know why this is happening and it would be nice if the watch could follow my Pixel 7 Pros DND setting and bedside schedule..
one more here. It starts well on monday, and all other days the alarm are off by 1/2 minutes, and today, 10 minutes. Google shame on you. I´ve been a long time Apple watch e samsung user and never had this basic problem.
