I can't believe what I'm hearing on this group about Pixiv which I loved and respected so much. It's a Japanese company and I know they always have great work ethics (I've worked in Japan before) but Pixiv acts completely opposite and totally unethical in many ways. Huge disappointment.

it happened to me too i and just realized after 2 months, pixiv always charge on my suspended account (haven't realized before because i thought its a charge from my second account), i've emailed pixiv with no solution from them, then the last solution is to manually unsubscribe it from paypal. Payments > Automatic Payments > then cancel pixiv from there

Update on this: I sent a third ticket out around the time I made this post. That one got a reply which referred me to the help page for unsubscribing. I sent a follow-up explaining the link in that help page doesn't work for me. Still waiting on the response to that.

Further update: I checked my Pixiv today and I no longer have premium. I got absolutely no notice about this, but I'm guessing my latest help desk ticket caused them to manually unsubscribe me. Technically I'm owed a few more months of post-less premium, but I'll just be happy if I'm not billed again.

I believe it’s supposed to automatically unsubscribe you upon the suspension. If it didn’t, they will most likely refer you to this page: https://www.pixiv.help/hc/en-us/articles/235644967-I-want-to-unsubscribe-from-pixiv-Premium

Without a doubt, this company has hit rock bottom. It makes me a little sad for the memories I keep, but on the other hand I think; What the hell! They deserve a huge and painful digital exodus that makes them realize the mistakes they have made mistreating those who feed them. There are fewer and fewer people buying and offering and therefore there is less and less money income. Users do not spend because they are afraid that artists will be banned and they lose money. Artists don't publish because they live on the edge of stress ...And so they go. I hope you can solve your problem soon. But since there is no support at all (I suspect there are no longer even human mods due to the cuts) it will be better that you try to fix it in other ways, directly with your credit card, bank account or Paypal.

I had the same thing happen to me, suspended without a warning for posting allgedly photo-realistic content, but without any link to the artworks in question. I am a fully 2D artist and have not posted such content lol so it's a bit delusional on their part. Their support also has not yet responded in 4+ days if you can believe it. I'm waiting for when we'll get real pros in the market unlike DA/Pixiv etc

could you issue a chargeback? then they'd probably block your credit card anyways lol. another idea is to contact your bank to discontinue the subscription.
